Matilda took her first flight to Chicago to see Sweet Mama graduate with her Master's of Spiritual Formation and Evangelism from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary in Evanston, IL.
On a side note... The little blue sweater was Jeremy's when he was a babe.

We flew home from Chicago for about 48 hours and then jumped on another plane and headed West to Santa Cruz, CA for Jamie's (Matilda's godmother's) wedding! We were so glad to be part of the celebration!

Santa Cruz is by far still one of our favorite vacation spots! We always get to catch up with family that we love and friends that mean the world to us!
Upon our return, I headed over to Louisiana for Memorial Day weekend so that Matilda could see some of the Louisiana family, and we captured a couple of good photos with my mom and grandmother!
