That's right, it's official... I am an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). I spent the Fall traveling over to Austin for three intensive weeks of training - one in September, one in October and one in November. I completed my 200 hours of training in Integrative Yoga Therapy through Sundara Yoga Therapy in Austin. It was an incredible program, and I learned so much!

Graduation - November 20, 2010

Our families came to celebrate with us following our beautiful graduation ceremony!

It was an exhausting, but wonderful experience! I'm so grateful that I did it, and I'm excited to move forward along this new path that is unfolding before me. I finished my training on November 20 and taught my first class on November 22. I subbed for five classes during the week of Thanksgiving, subbed for two classes last week, and I begin meeting with my first private client on Monday. 

Can I just say it one more time - I am super excited! I LOVE what I'm doing!
